The Matara Regional Centre of NIBM along with the HDBM 18.1 batch of its students conducted a CSR project at M/Thalahagama Pratamika Vidyalaya in Thalahagama, Akuressa.  There were over 150 students who benefited from this project as it was conducted to uplift the standards of the school so that the students would experience a better studying environment. 120 books were given to the Library of this school along with 5 book racks to keep them in place. Therefore, for any organization it is important to have professionals maintaining their networks. This is why still the CCNA Routing and switching certification is very popular. NIBM engaged in the Cisco Academy program from the year 2017. This year NIBM Academy has shown reasonably good performance in CCNA R & S category compared to others.
